Honeywell Model 427 Wing Union Anti-Clog Pressure Transmitter

Honeywell's Model 427 Wing Union Pressure Transmitter is a robust and durable solution designed for both onshore and offshore installations. Featuring a 1502 Wing Union, this transmitter incorporates a newly designed pressure port with wider diameter and shallower depth, enabling viscous mud to pass through without residue buildup.

The transmitter delivers maximum accuracy of ±0.2% BFSL (Best Fit Straight Line), providing continuous, high-precision pressure measurement for critical oil industry applications including drilling operations. Its independent pressure-sensing diaphragm minimizes zero drift during torquing and eliminates long-term signal deviation in electric fields.

The fully welded construction with patented electron beam welding process ensures superior seal integrity under all conditions. The integrated wing union design and special assembly process provide exceptional vibration and shock resistance for reliable operation in harsh environments.
